• Conduct regular supervision sessions in conjunction with the site supervisor to ensure best practices and ongoing professional development.
• Participate in staff meetings and other collaborative discussions with clinical teams to share insights, resources, and updates.
• Identify and utilize agency resources, services, and systems to support client needs effectively.
• Prepare for client sessions by reviewing case notes and conducting any necessary research to facilitate meaningful therapeutic interactions.
• Engage in small group supervision and seminar activities, including video previews and research to enhance clinical skills.
• Maintain accurate and thorough client records in both written and electronic formats, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Coordinate services between partner agencies, enhancing the continuity of care for clients.
• Research best practices related to specific projects and assignments as designated by supervisors, contributing to the overall excellence of service delivery.
• Provide client consultations, collaborating with other professionals in the agency to devise comprehensive treatment plans.
• Write detailed case notes, client assessments, and evaluations, documenting progress and outcomes diligently.
• Contribute to the development and adjustment of Individual Treatment Plans (ITP) tailored to each client's goals and progress.
• Assist treating therapists with scoring, interpreting, and reporting on psychometric assessments, ensuring accurate evaluations of client needs.

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is mandatory.
• Current licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) is required, adhering to state regulations.
• A history free from medical malpractice claims, validated by a third party.
• Strong clinical skills with an aptitude for building rapport and trust with clients.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that enable effective collaboration and community engagement.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

• Previous experience in outpatient counseling settings is preferred, particularly in a remote capacity.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and best practices in documentation.
• Experience in group therapy and psychometric assessments is a plus.
