This role operates entirely in a remote setting, utilizing advanced telehealth technology to reach clients. Working from home provides you the flexibility to maintain a work-life balance while actively contributing to your clients’ mental health and well-being. You will be part of a supportive and dynamic team of licensed therapists who collaborate closely to share insights and enhance treatment approaches. Our work hours are Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, ensuring a structured yet adaptable schedule.

• Utilize a secure telehealth platform to conduct individual therapy sessions with clients, ensuring confidentiality and a comfortable environment.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address each client's specific mental health challenges and goals.
• Provide crisis intervention services as needed, employing appropriate techniques to assist clients in distress.
• Document all sessions and interactions thoroughly and accurately to maintain compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements.
• Continuously engage in professional development by staying informed about the latest trends and research in mental health therapy.

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults experiencing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. • Active California license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or eligibility to obtain such licensure.
• A Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required; however, a Master's degree or higher is preferred.
• Proven experience working directly with diverse populations, demonstrating sensitivity and understanding of cultural contexts.
• Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build genuine, trusting relationships with clients in a virtual setting.

• A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience post-licensure, demonstrating effective therapeutic modalities.
• Experience utilizing telehealth platforms to conduct therapy sessions, with awareness of best practices in digital communication.
• Familiarity with varying therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy preferred.
