We are seeking both a Research Assistant and a Researcher/Evaluator to join our fully remote, highly collaborative team.

Magnolia Consulting is a fully virtual company based in Charlottesville, VA. We prefer candidates located in Virginia or nearby states, but will consider other qualified candidates with demonstrated success working remotely (United States). Positions Two positions: Research Assistant and Researcher/Evaluator.

Responsibilities The Research Assistant plays a central role in survey management and supports data collection, database preparation and management, quantitative and qualitative analysis, and report development across multiple studies. This role is well suited for an early-career professional who brings strong foundational research skills, values precision and collaborative teamwork, and is eager to deepen expertise through hands-on contribution in a fully remote environment. The Researcher/Evaluator contributes to the design, implementation, analysis, and communication of research and evaluation studies that serve educators, organizations, and communities.
