Job description

Position Title: Associate Attorney (Remote)
This role presents an opportunity for a legal professional to contribute to a collaborative environment focused on employment litigation. The Associate Attorney (Remote) will engage in a variety of cases, primarily in employment defense, while also gaining exposure to business disputes. The position requires a balance of independent work and teamwork, allowing for personal growth and development. Candidates must be comfortable working remotely and managing their time effectively. Salary Range: $150,000 - $180,000 / Year DOE
Associate Attorney (Remote) Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with team members on case assignments based on workload and expertise
  • Engage in direct client contact while keeping senior attorneys informed
  • Handle discovery, legal research, and writing tasks as needed
  • Participate in mediations and court appearances
  • Manage a caseload that includes employment defense and business disputes

Associate Attorney (Remote) Requirements:
