Power BI Reporting Analyst

100% Remote | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Competitive Pay + Career Growth Opportunity

Are you passionate about turning data into actionable business insights? We're partnering with a growing organization seeking a Power BI Reporting Analyst to help drive operational performance and decision-making across a large customer experience organization.

This is an opportunity to work directly with business leaders, contact center operations teams, and technical stakeholders to design impactful dashboards, develop KPI reporting, and provide the insights that drive strategic decisions. If you enjoy gathering requirements, solving business problems with data, and building reporting solutions that make a measurable impact, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do
  • Partner with business stakeholders and contact center leadership to gather reporting requirements and understand operational needs.
  • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, scorecards, and reporting solutions.
  • Create meaningful visualizations that help leaders make data-driven decisions.
  • Build and maintain KPI reporting related to customer experience and operational performance.
  • Collaborate with IT and data teams to identify, validate, and leverage data sources.
  • Write SQL queries to extract, analyze, and validate data.
  • Investigate data discrepancies and ensure reporting accuracy.
  • Support ongoing dashboard enhancements and ad hoc reporting requests.
  • Train end users and stakeholders on dashboard functionality and reporting capabilities.
  • Document reporting requirements, processes, and reporting standards.
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in reporting, analytics, business intelligence, or data analysis.
  • Hands-on experience building and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports.
  • Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into reporting solutions.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.
  • Strong understanding of data visualization best practices.
  • Experience working directly with business stakeholders and leadership teams.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to balance multiple reporting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Contact center, customer service, operations, or customer experience reporting experience.
  • Familiarity with metrics such as:
    • Service Level
    • Average Handle Time (AHT)
    • Customer Satisfaction (CSAT)
    • First Call Resolution (FCR)
    • Occupancy
    • Abandonment Rate
    • Volume Forecasting
  • Experience with Power Platform tools.
  • Exposure to data warehousing concepts.
  • Experience coordinating projects or reporting initiatives.
  • Experience with SharePoint or enterprise content management systems.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Baltimore, MD.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $50.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
