• Conduct thorough assessments through virtual consultations to understand clients' mental health concerns, providing tailored treatment plans that address their unique needs.
• Offer evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, ensuring that each session is supportive, engaging, and centered on client empowerment.
• Stay abreast of current trends in counseling techniques, integrating innovative practices into your work to enhance the quality of care provided.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals when necessary to offer clients comprehensive support.

You will work with a diverse array of clients, including individuals grappling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. • A Master's degree in Counseling or a related mental health field is required.
• Possession of all state-mandated licenses necessary for practice as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in California.
