• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of your clients, identifying areas for intervention.
• Create and implement tailored treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based methodologies and best practices in therapy.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing dynamic tools to engage clients effectively.
• Collaborate with families, healthcare providers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure the delivery of coordinated care and continuity of treatment.
• Maintain meticulous records of client progress, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to HIPAA guidelines while facilitating tracking and reporting systems.
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of therapy practices, providing insights based on client interactions and outcomes.

In your role as an LPC at Access Healing Therapy, you will engage with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Your therapeutic approach will aim to empower clients, fostering resilience and coping strategies tailored to their individual needs.

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field is essential.
• An active and unrestricted state licensure as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD is required.
• Demonstrated proficiency in using digital tools, specifically Google Suite and Electronic Health Records (EHR), to manage client information accurately.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills capable of establishing rapport and facilitating therapeutic conversations.

• Experience in a clinical setting providing mental health services, particularly in a community health context, is highly valued.
• Prior experience with teletherapy platforms and remote counseling techniques will give you an edge in delivering effective care.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care approaches is a plus.
