Familiarity with asset management software, MLS systems, and CRM tools is typically required, along with certifications such as Certified Property Manager (CPM) being advantageous. Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills help in coordinating with vendors, clients, and stakeholders remotely. These abilities ensure effective property disposition, compliance, and maximized asset value in a competitive, fast-paced market.
