Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive virtual evaluations with clients to assess their mental health needs and establish a baseline for treatment.
• Developing personalized therapy plans that leverage evidence-based practices tailored to the individual goals and challenges of each client.
• Engaging in ongoing therapy sessions using telehealth solutions, ensuring clients receive support in a convenient and accessible manner.
• Collaborating closely with clients to set and track measurable progress goals, making necessary adjustments to therapy plans based on evolving needs.
• Maintaining meticulous documentation of therapy sessions and client progress in compliance with professional standards and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on servicing pre-screened, low-acuity clients who are seeking support for a range of mental health issues. This may include anxiety, depression, stress-related disorders, and adjustment challenges among others. Your role is essential in providing clients with the tools and strategies they need to navigate life’s challenges, enhancing their overall resilience and well-being.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• An active LMFT, LPC, or LCSW license valid in Tennessee.
• A minimum of two years of hands-on clinical experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating effective therapeutic skills.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, coupled with a high level of organizational ability.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, candidates with experience in teletherapy, familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems, and a background in providing therapy to diverse populations will be highly regarded. Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience, in addition to an attractive benefits package, including:
