    • Structure learning plans, channels, and content architecture
    • Design the learner journey across onboarding, curriculum, and ongoing development
    • Ensure content is scalable, searchable, and aligned to system design
  • Content System & Scalability
    • Establish templates and design standards
    • Ensure consistency across learning materials
    • Translate peer and leadership input into structured learning
    • Support a distributed content model (Peer Trainers, managers contributing content)

Required Qualifications:

  • 1โ€“3 years of experience in instructional design, eLearning development, and UX
  • Hands-on experience with Articulate 360 (Rise and Storyline)
  • Fluency across a variety of LMS systems, ideally with Dochebo
  • Foundational knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE)
  • Experience designing scenario-based learning or case-based training
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE)
  • Proven cross-collaborator, skilled in relationship building and working with subject matter experts (SMEs)
