  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring that all records reflect the quality of care provided.
  • Utilize evidence-based screening tools and methodologies as recommended by the clinical team to assess and monitor client progress.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement supportive behavioral plans, incorporating input from various stakeholders.
  • Engage actively in licensing and accreditation processes to uphold best practices and maintain the integrity of our services.
  • Foster relationships with local, state, federal, and private organizations to broaden community partnerships and explore funding opportunities for program enhancement.
  • Participate in professional development activities, such as attending workshops, conferences, and statewide meetings relevant to mental health fields.
  • Represent the agency and advocate for the mental health community during public discussions and in interactions with external stakeholders.
  • Embrace other duties as assigned by the Clinic Director, contributing to the overall success and mission of Path Counseling Center.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The Mental Health Counselor will work closely with a diverse range of clients facing various emotional and behavioral challenges. This includes individuals recovering from substance use disorders, those dealing with developmental disabilities, and persons affected by acquired brain injuries. The focus is on creating individualized care plans that encourage personal growth, recovery, and integration into the community.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s Degree in a mental health-related field is required.
  • Possession of an Independent Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) credential.
Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, applicants with experience in crisis intervention, working with a multidisciplinary team, and familiarity with evidence-based practices will be highly regarded. Knowledge of local mental health resources and networks can enhance your effectiveness in this role.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation package includes a salary range of $70,000 to $100,000 per year, along with monthly productivity bonuses that reward your dedication and hard work.
