  • Deliver crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing significant emotional distress or mental health crises.
  • Document clinical interactions and maintain updated records per regulatory and organizational standards.
  • Coordinate care with psychiatrists, case managers, and community resources to ensure comprehensive support for client needs.
  • Engage in regular supervision, team consultations, and professional development activities to stay abreast of industry best practices and enhance your clinical skills.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will primarily involve diverse populations dealing with various challenges ranging from anxiety and depression to relationship issues and trauma. You will encounter clients from different cultural backgrounds, allowing you to apply culturally relevant methodologies tailored to individual needs and circumstances.

Qualifications
  • A current and valid LCPC license in the state of Nevada, or eligibility to secure licensure.
  • A Bachelorโ€™s Degree in counseling, psychology, or a related field; advanced degrees in relevant areas will be considered a plus.
  • A foundation in family systems theory, trauma-informed care, and a desire to integrate evidence-based practices into therapy.
Preferred Experience
  • At least 2 years of clinical experience in a similar setting, ideally working with clients facing complex emotional and behavioral challenges.
  • Experience utilizing telehealth platforms for therapy delivery, and an understanding of the unique considerations in remote counseling.
  • A commitment to cultural humility, with experience or a passion for working with marginalized and diverse communities.
Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $90,000 annually, based on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance. Participate in our 401(k) plan with employer matching contributions to help plan for your future. We provide a continuing education allowance along with paid training days to ensure your professional growth and development.
