• Conduct thorough intake assessments for new clients, which include evaluating their emotional, social, and financial contexts.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on individual client needs, ensuring these plans are adaptable to changes in client circumstances.
• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, including talk therapy, cognitive-behavioral techniques, and behavior modeling, to address clients' specific challenges.
• Provide ongoing support and monitoring of clients’ progress, encouraging adjustments to treatment interventions when needed.
• Foster self-reflection and equip clients with effective coping strategies and relational skills to enhance their emotional resilience.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client sessions and treatment plans in compliance with regulatory standards, with support in billing and administrative tasks to ease your workload.

• A master’s degree in Counseling or a related field, which equips you with the foundational knowledge and skills necessary for effective counseling.
• A valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification, with proof of registration to practice in the state of Texas.
• Demonstrated experience working as a licensed professional counselor, with a proven track record of helping clients achieve their therapeutic goals.
• Strong verbal communication skills, enabling effective interaction with clients and the broader health care team.
• Commitment to delivering culturally competent therapy that respects and incorporates the diverse backgrounds of clients.

• Familiarity with multiple languages is preferred to better serve our diverse client base.
• Experience working in a community health setting is an advantage, as it enhances your understanding of client challenges and resource limitations.

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 80,000 to 90,000 annually, reflecting your experience and qualifications.
