Overview
Responsible for growth of sales in the Northeast region assigned through expansion with existing customers and identification of new potential markets, customers, and opportunities. 
Responsibilities
•    Responsible for growth of sales in the region assigned through expansion with existing customers and identification of new potential markets, customers, and opportunities.
•    Management of existing projects & customers with a focus on OEMs.
•    Develop and deploy a territory business plan that details new business opportunities and sustainable growth.
•    Maintain, contact and visit regularly existing customers and potential customers.
•    CRM Way of Life – Maintain Elmo’s CRM system (Salesforce) and use tools for effective customer & opportunity tracking, and report generation on present and future sales opportunities.
•    Increase sales on an annual basis. Targeting 20% YOY growth.
•    Utilize Elmo technical staff to assist in satisfying potential and current customer application needs.
•    Become proficient in Elmo products/solutions including features, benefits and technical advantages to present to customers and justify premium status of Elmo products.
•    Handling incoming leads to territory.
•    Understand the needs of customers to create proposals that are strategic and target the specific requirements for that customer.
•    Produce strategic quotes, follow-up on quotes, convert quote to order and follow-up on orders to maintain exceptional customer satisfaction
•    Create a rolling 18-month forecast.
•    Identify annual sales target for which you are accountable.
•    Participate in identifying and sharing market trends, future customer needs and defined future company products and solutions – provide information to marketing as requested.
