Job description

Strategic Sales Consultant

Seeking an experienced consultative sales professional to present educational seminars and build relationships in a growing healthcare organization.

Regen Profits partners with physicians, chiropractors, and healthcare professionals to help grow regenerative medicine practices through patient education and a proven consultative sales process.

Responsibilities

Conduct approximately four educational seminars for groups of 15 20 prospective patients each month.

Meet individually with interested individuals to discuss treatment options.

Follow a proven consultative sales process by building relationships with prospective patients and referral partners.

Work independently but also participate in ongoing coaching and professional development.

Qualifications

Minimum five years of successful experience selling products or services in a competitive market.

Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Self-motivated, accountable, and coachable.

Wellness, chiropractic, or healthcare experience is preferred but not required.

Compensation & Benefits

Performance-based compensation with uncapped commissions.

Flexible work schedule.

Six-month mentoring program with professional onboarding and ongoing coaching.

Hiring Process

Applicants will be asked to answer two brief screening questions.

Candidates whose responses demonstrate a strong fit for the role will be invited to participate in an interview.
