Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one counseling services to adults experiencing emotional difficulties through scheduled video chats.

• Engage clients in discussions about their thoughts and feelings, fostering self-awareness and insight into their mental health challenges.

• Assess and diagnose a wide range of emotional and mental health disorders, identifying issues such as anxiety, stress, depression, and grief.

• Create and execute personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based approaches and your clinical expertise to aid client recovery.

• Track client progress and modify treatment strategies as necessary to ensure optimal patient outcomes and the development of healthy coping mechanisms.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on stable adults who have been pre-screened for appropriateness of care. These clients present with low acuity needs, allowing you to provide compassionate and tailored therapeutic services that align with their specific circumstances and goals. Qualifications

To be eligible for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• A valid and independent license to practice in Colorado, such as:
  

  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
  • Licensed Psychologist

• A strong proficiency in computer literacy, enabling efficient use of our digital systems for counseling delivery and client management.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, candidates who possess experience in the following areas will be well-suited for our counseling role:

• Previous work in outpatient mental health settings, particularly in a remote capacity.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, depending on the hours worked and experience level. In addition to a rewarding salary, we offer:
