Key Responsibilities

As an LCSW at Red River Mental Health Services, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments and formulating individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions that are specifically tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical records in accordance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure integrated and coordinated care for all patients.
• Engaging in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to continuously enhance the quality of care provided.
• Educating and empowering patients and their families with mental health resources and knowledge to promote self-efficacy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The client population at Red River Mental Health Services is diverse, encompassing individuals across various demographics and presenting a wide range of mental health challenges. As an LCSW, you will support clients dealing with significant life stressors, anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health hardships. Your expertise in solution-focused psychotherapy will be invaluable in helping clients achieve their treatment goals and enhance their overall well-being.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this position will possess:

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid LCSW license in the state of Illinois.
• A minimum of three years of clinical experience, with a strong emphasis on psychotherapy.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
