Work Environment

This position is fully remote, allowing for a flexible work schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging video therapy sessions with adult clients, providing personalized care based on individual needs and treatment goals.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a holistic approach to client care, integrating insights from various professionals.
• Utilize outcome-based assessments to systematically evaluate client progress, modifying treatment plans as necessary to optimize results.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and methodologies in mental health care to ensure that you provide the highest standard of therapy.
• Document treatment sessions and outcomes thoroughly to enhance continuity of care and compliance with organizational standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with adult clients facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. Your role involves tailoring therapeutic approaches to meet the diverse cultural backgrounds and unique experiences of each client, ensuring an inclusive and empathetic atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Possession of a Master’s or Doctorate degree in a relevant mental health field such as social work, counseling, or psychology (e.g., LMFT, LCMHC, LCSW).
• Active independent licensure in Florida to practice as a mental health counselor.
• At least 2 years of related professional experience, demonstrating a strong background in therapeutic practices.
• Proficiency in using technology for telehealth services and a willingness to embrace digital tools to enhance therapeutic experiences.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 1 year of post-licensure experience, with preference given to candidates with expertise in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy.

• Experience utilizing outcome measurement tools and assessments to guide therapy practice.

Compensation and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 110,000, along with the potential for performance-based bonuses.
