Work Environment

Our guidelines are designed to encourage flexible scheduling during weekday hours, specifically from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, allowing you to balance professional responsibilities with personal commitments.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapy during video consultations aimed at helping adult clients navigate their mental health challenges.
• Engage with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive client care, sharing insights and strategies that foster holistic treatment approaches.
• Implement outcome-based assessments to regularly track client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize therapeutic effectiveness.
• Document counseling sessions accurately, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations while maintaining client confidentiality and ethical standards.
• Utilize digital health tools and resources effectively to enhance the therapeutic experience and improve client engagement.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in a mental health field, with current licensure in Florida as an LMFT, LCMHC, or LCSW.
