Position Overview

Join a fast-paced, high-growth recruiting environment focused on placing top-tier healthcare professionals, including Nurses and Allied Health talent. This is a full-cycle recruiting role offering uncapped commission and significant earning potential for high performers.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top healthcare talent
  • Source, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates to clients
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial outreach to placement
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to drive referrals and repeat placements
  • Stay actively engaged with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience


Performance Expectations

  • Minimum of 2 candidate submissions/presentations per day

Qualifications
