• Conduct detailed assessments and screenings to evaluate clients’ substance abuse histories and mental health conditions, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their specific situations.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment strategies that incorporate evidence-based practices for addiction recovery alongside the management of co-occurring disorders.
• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, employing motivational interviewing and cognitive-behavioral techniques to foster strong therapeutic alliances.
• Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary treatment team, which may include psychiatrists, social workers, and recovery coaches, to ensure integrated and cohesive client care.
• Provide education and support to clients’ families, enhancing their involvement in the recovery process and fostering a supportive home environment.
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of client progress and treatment interventions, in compliance with healthcare regulations and clinic policies.

You will work with a diverse client population, primarily focusing on individuals dealing with substance use disorders and various mental health challenges. Your role will be pivotal in addressing the stigma surrounding addiction, promoting understanding, and offering unconditional support to those in recovery.

• A valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is essential.
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required for this position.

• Specialized training or previous experience in addiction counseling is highly desirable, as it enables you to leverage best practices in your therapeutic approach.
• A strong foundation in evidence-based methodologies for treating substance abuse and co-occurring disorders.
• Proven therapeutic skills that demonstrate the ability to motivate clients and foster their engagement in the treatment process.

The competitive salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, dependent on experience and credentials.
