$2,000 sign-on bonus

Salary Range: $55,000-$70,000 annually *based on experience and qualifications.

Schedule:

Tuesday: 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM Wednesday: 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM (Work From Home) Thursday: 9:00 AM - 7:30 PM Friday: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

  • Lead 3-4 one-hour group therapy sessions per day using a structured, evidence-based curriculum.
  • Facilitate group discussions using a "plug and play" approach from approved modalities to meet members where they are within the guardrails of our clinical framework.
  • Collaborate with prescribers, care navigators, and recovery coaches.
  • Monitor member progress and document outcomes.
  • Support a positive, recovery-oriented environment for members.
  • Engage in local community outreach to promote Groups' mission.
Qualifications
  • Active clinical license or certification based upon state regulations CADC, LPCA, CSW, LCSW, LPCC, LMHC, LPCC-S, LCADC, LISW
  • 2+ years of experience leading groups in a substance use treatment setting.
  • Tech-savvy: comfortable with EMRs, telehealth platforms, and Google Workspace.
  • Commitment to high-quality, compassionate care.
  • Ability to work some evening hours to support member schedules.
