Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate client mental health diagnoses and develop individualized treatment plans that reflect each client’s unique circumstances and goals.
  • Conduct regular reviews and maintain ongoing documentation including diagnoses, treatment notes, and case evaluations in compliance with organizational policies.
  • Maintain an active caseload of 25-30 clients per week while ensuring they receive optimal care during scheduled sessions.
  • Offer exceptional customer service and support, actively collaborating with a dynamic multidisciplinary team to advance the organization’s mission.
  • Employ creative and evidence-based interventions to empower clients, helping them achieve significant progress toward their mental health goals.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with case managers, family members, educators, and medical personnel to provide comprehensive care that addresses all aspects of a client’s life.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Marriage and Family Therapist, you will work with a diverse population of clients including children, adolescents, couples, and families. We specifically aim to address various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, relational stressors, and addiction recovery. Your effective communication and coaching skills will be vital in understanding and guiding clients through their unique challenges.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.
