• Conduct thorough assessments to develop tailored therapy plans to address the specific needs of clients and their families.
• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, employing various therapeutic modalities to best serve each client’s circumstances.
• Continuously evaluate and modify treatment strategies based on clients' progress towards their therapeutic goals.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential records of client interactions in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Participate in professional development initiatives, including supervision, workshops, and training sessions, to stay current with best practices in therapy.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to enhance the holistic support of clients when necessary.

As a Marriage and Family Therapist at Empowered Mind Body Counseling, you will primarily work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing personal challenges, couples navigating relationship issues, and families seeking strategies for effective communication and conflict resolution. Our focus is on fostering resilience, developing coping strategies, and enhancing overall emotional well-being, making your role critical in supporting long-term positive outcomes for clients.

• A Master’s degree or Doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related discipline is essential.
• A valid LMFT license in the state of Maryland is required.
• Strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic practices and their application in real-world scenarios.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, backed by a collaborative mindset and a genuine desire to help clients achieve meaningful change.

A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience is preferred, showcasing your ability to handle diverse client scenarios and complexities effectively. A proven record of therapeutic success with various demographics is highly regarded.

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 – 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
