The Mind Full Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our dynamic team in a full-time remote capacity. This role is pivotal in delivering compassionate support and resources to children and families within our community, specifically targeting those who are marginalized and in need of early intervention services. As an LCSW, you will play a crucial role in assessing developmental needs and facilitating Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) to foster growth and skill development in young children.

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of children to identify developmental delays and areas of need.
• Actively engage in the formulation and execution of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) tailored to meet the specific needs of each child and their family.
• Monitor progress and provide ongoing feedback, adjusting strategies as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.
• Support families through direct coaching and education in natural environments, applying evidence-based practices to enhance child development.
• Develop trusting relationships with children, families, and colleagues to promote a supportive and effective learning atmosphere.
• Adhere to all federal and state regulations regarding child welfare and social work practices.
• Utilize the Natural Learning Environment Practices framework when designing intervention strategies.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards to promote the well-being of both clients and staff.

The primary focus of this role is on infants and toddlers who may experience disabilities or developmental delays during their formative years. Your expertise will be utilized to assist families in acquiring skills that are essential for their children's growth—spanning physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication domains—during the critical early developmental stages.

• Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) as mandated by the Department of Public Health.
• A valid driver’s license is required for community outreach and support.
• Strong organizational and time management capabilities to handle varying caseloads and deadlines effectively.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on active listening and empathy.
• A commitment to working collaboratively within a team environment, demonstrating respect and support for colleagues.

• At least one year of experience in Early Intervention or a related field, specifically working with children and families.
• Fluency in multiple languages is encouraged to enhance communication and support for diverse families.
• Demonstrates familiarity with the Natural Learning Environment Practices and their application in real-world settings.
