What is a remote real world evidence RWE professional?

Remote Real World Evidence (RWE) jobs involve gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data from real-world sources—such as electronic health records, insurance claims, patient registries, and wearable devices—to inform healthcare decisions. Professionals in these roles typically work for pharmaceutical companies, research organizations, or healthcare technology firms. Remote RWE jobs allow employees to contribute to research and data analysis from home or other off-site locations, using digital tools to collaborate with teams and stakeholders. These positions are crucial for understanding how medical treatments perform outside of controlled clinical trials, ultimately improving patient care and supporting regulatory submissions.

To thrive as a Remote Real World Evidence (RWE) professional, you need a strong background in epidemiology, biostatistics, or related life sciences, typically supported by an advanced degree (e.g., MPH, MS, PhD). Familiarity with statistical software such as SAS, R, or Python, and experience working with large healthcare databases and electronic health records are crucial. Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills help translate complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders. Position Overview

The Mind Full Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our dynamic team in a full-time remote capacity. This role is pivotal in delivering compassionate support and resources to children and families within our community, specifically targeting those who are marginalized and in need of early intervention services. As an LCSW, you will play a crucial role in assessing developmental needs and facilitating Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) to foster growth and skill development in young children.

About the Organization

At Mind Full Counseling Center, we are committed to empowering marginalized communities by helping them identify and reach their inherent potential. Our mission focuses on inclusivity and equitable access to mental health resources, ensuring every individual we serve, alongside our partners and employees, experiences a supportive environment that values diversity and fosters a culture of collaboration. We believe that by embracing diversity, equity, and inclusiveness, we become more resilient and effective in our work.

Work Environment

Located in Fresno, California, our center operates within a community health clinic model, providing remote support tailored to the needs of our clients. Our team fosters a collaborative and nurturing work atmosphere, prioritizing the voices and perspectives of those on the ground. By utilizing technology, we maintain open lines of communication, ensuring all team members are engaged and supported in their professional journeys.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of children to identify developmental delays and areas of need.
  • Actively engage in the formulation and execution of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) tailored to meet the specific needs of each child and their family.
  • Monitor progress and provide ongoing feedback, adjusting strategies as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.
  • Support families through direct coaching and education in natural environments, applying evidence-based practices to enhance child development.
  • Develop trusting relationships with children, families, and colleagues to promote a supportive and effective learning atmosphere.
  • Adhere to all federal and state regulations regarding child welfare and social work practices.
  • Utilize the Natural Learning Environment Practices framework when designing intervention strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards to promote the well-being of both clients and staff.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary focus of this role is on infants and toddlers who may experience disabilities or developmental delays during their formative years. Your expertise will be utilized to assist families in acquiring skills that are essential for their children's growth—spanning physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication domains—during the critical early developmental stages.

Qualifications
  • Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) as mandated by the Department of Public Health.
  • A valid driver’s license is required for community outreach and support.
  • Strong organizational and time management capabilities to handle varying caseloads and deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on active listening and empathy.
  • A commitment to working collaboratively within a team environment, demonstrating respect and support for colleagues.
Preferred Experience
  • At least one year of experience in Early Intervention or a related field, specifically working with children and families.
  • Fluency in multiple languages is encouraged to enhance communication and support for diverse families.
  • Demonstrates familiarity with the Natural Learning Environment Practices and their application in real-world settings.
Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:

  • Sign-on bonus to welcome you to our team.
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance to support your well-being.
  • A robust 401(k) plan with company matching contributions to help you prepare for retirement.
  • Generous paid time off and sick leave policies to encourage work-life balance.
  • Life insurance to provide added peace of mind for you and your family.
  • Profit-sharing opportunities to reward your contributions to the organization’s success.
  • Employee discounts with various vendors to support your everyday needs.
  • Flexible spending accounts and tuition reimbursement options to support your professional development.
  • Flexible work schedules to accommodate your lifestyle.
  • Referral bonuses for bringing talented individuals to join our mission.
