• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health issues, aiding in the development of personalized treatment plans.

• Set collaborative therapeutic goals with clients and track their progress continuously, adjusting treatment approaches as necessary based on real-time feedback.

Your client base will include a diverse range of individuals, including both adults and youth, dealing with various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. • A Master’s or Doctorate degree in a relevant field is required.
• An active and unrestricted state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is essential.
• A minimum of 2 years of counseling experience in a clinical setting is required.
• Demonstrated knowledge of the legal and ethical standards that govern mental health practice.
