VOTA is seeking an in-house Real Estate Attorney to support the company's growing real estate and timeshare closings, foreclosures, terminations, and title operations. This role will serve as a key legal resource, providing guidance and oversight throughout the timeshare transfer and closing process while helping ensure compliance with applicable state laws, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.

The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of experience practicing real estate law, with a strong understanding of real estate transactions, title matters, deed preparation, and closing processes. • Ensure compliance with applicable state real estate laws, timeshare regulations, and company policies.
  • Provide legal analysis and recommendations regarding transaction risk and operational processes.
  • Support the development and implementation of best practices, procedures, and controls to improve efficiency and mitigate risk.
  • Conduct legal research and provide guidance on emerging regulatory or legislative changes impacting the business.
  • Coordinate with outside counsel, title companies, resorts, and other third parties when necessary.
  • Assist with foreclosure, collection, and ownership recovery matters as needed.

Work Environment

  • Offices in Boca Raton and Orlando
  • Collaborative, collegial environment with diverse tasks and challenges daily

  • 2–5 years of experience practicing real estate law, title law, closing services, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate transactions, title review, deed preparation, and closing procedures.
  • Experience analyzing and resolving complex ownership and title issues.
  • Excellent legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Timeshare industry experience preferred but not required.

Benefits package:
