This role is designed to provide practical experience and knowledge in real estate processes, helping apprentices prepare for a full-fledged career in the industry while offering the flexibility of remote work.

How much does a real estate agent make off of a $300,000 house?

A real estate agent typically earns a commission of about 5-6% of the home's sale price, so on a $300,000 house, they would make approximately $15,000 to $18,000. The commission is usually split with the brokerage and may be shared with the buyer's agent, so the agent's actual earnings can vary based on their agreement and the sale's specifics.

A remote real estate apprenticeship is possible and increasingly common, allowing apprentices to learn through online training, virtual meetings, and digital tools. However, some hands-on activities or licensing requirements may require in-person participation depending on the program and local regulations.

A remote real estate apprentice can increase earnings by gaining strong sales skills, building a network, and leveraging digital marketing tools.
