Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer/Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing, developing, configuring, and maintaining enterprise-scale ServiceNow environments. This role requires expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, custom application development, workflow automation, platform integrations, and ServiceNow administration. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop scalable solutions, automate business processes, and support enterprise ServiceNow operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and platform capabilities.
  • Develop custom scoped applications using ServiceNow best practices.
  • Configure and support ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Service Catalog.
  • Develop Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and ACLs.
  • Build and maintain Service Catalog items, Record Producers, and workflow automations using Flow Designer.
  • Develop and support REST API integrations with third-party enterprise applications.
  • Configure Integration Hub spokes and build automated integrations.
  • Develop Scripted REST APIs and manage data integrations using Import Sets and Transform Maps.
  • Configure and maintain CMDB, Reports, Dashboards, and Performance Analytics.
  • Support ServiceNow platform administration, including upgrades, patching, testing, deployments, and troubleshooting.
  • Monitor system performance and implement enhancements to improve platform reliability.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams to deliver enterprise solutions.
  • Maintain technical documentation, design specifications, and operational procedures.
  • Participate in code reviews and follow ServiceNow development best practices.
