This position is structured within a fully remote setup, allowing for flexibility while maintaining a strong support system through virtual collaboration with colleagues. • Manage a caseload of clients, ensuring timely and consistent therapeutic interventions that adhere to best practices and ethical standards.
• Conduct regular sessions to monitor client progress, address evolving needs, and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
• Perform thorough intake assessments to gather comprehensive client histories, establishing a baseline for tailored treatment.
• Create, implement, and review person-centered treatment plans collaboratively with clients, tracking goals and therapeutic milestones.
• Maintain detailed documentation and progress notes for each client, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and health regulations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and social workers, to enhance the treatment approach based on comprehensive client needs.
• Embrace a growth mindset, actively engaging in individual supervision sessions aimed at enhancing clinical skills and professional development.

The LPC will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals facing challenges such as substance abuse, anxiety, depression, and eating disorders. This role demands a nuanced approach to support clients in navigating their unique circumstances, developing coping strategies, and facilitating lasting change. A commitment to understanding and respecting each client's background and perspectives is crucial to fostering trust and enhancing treatment efficacy.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.
• A valid and unrestricted LPC license in the state of Connecticut, active and in good standing.
• At least one year of clinical experience in an outpatient environment post-graduation.
• Demonstrated strong critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Experience working in a multidisciplinary team setting.
• Proficiency in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and client management.
• A background in motivational interviewing and cognitive-behavioral therapies would be advantageous.

Our LPCs are rewarded with a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000 yearly, based on experience and qualifications. We operate on a Fee-for-Service model, guaranteeing timely payments. Additional benefits include:
