Unity Point Behavioral Health Services is actively seeking a dedicated and passionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team as a full-time therapist. • Conduct individual and couples therapy sessions addressing a wide variety of mental health concerns.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatments, and progress notes in our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
• Schedule and manage client appointments, ensuring a seamless experience for each individual served.
• Utilize a billing service that streamlines claims management, eligibility checks, and patient account resolution.
• Collaborate with other clinicians to share insights and enhance treatment strategies that effectively meet the needs of our clientele.

Our clinic serves a diverse population, with clients of varying ages and backgrounds. The therapist will work with children, adolescents, adults, and couples dealing with an array of issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and chronic stress. This interaction allows you to apply your clinical knowledge while fostering resilience and growth in your clients.

• A Master's degree in Clinical Psychology or Social Work.
• A valid LCSW license permitting independent practice in New Jersey.
• Strong commitment to professionalism, including ethical standards, cultural awareness, and maintaining therapeutic boundaries.
• Effective communication skills, allowing you to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills for effective caseload management.

• A minimum of 20-25 hours of therapeutic practice weekly, including availability for at least two evenings per week.
• Prior experience in couples therapy or significant training in relational dynamics will be highly regarded.
• Demonstrated self-motivation and the ability to work autonomously while being part of a collaborative team.

The estimated salary range for this position is between USD 70,000 and 100,000, commensurate with experience, along with the potential for performance bonuses. We offer a competitive compensation package that includes:
