Primary Responsibilities Lead Generation & Prospecting โ€ข Conduct outbound calls to prospective business clients and individuals. โ€ข Contact qualified leads through phone, email, and approved communication channels. โ€ข Introduce Chrysolite IMC and its Private Wealth Management and Commercial Real Estate investment solutions. โ€ข Identify prospect needs, interests, and potential opportunities. โ€ข Qualify prospects based on established criteria. โ€ข Maintain organized lead lists and prospect records. Appointment Setting Responsibilities โ€ข Schedule qualified appointments for Account Executives and Senior Sales Professionals. โ€ข Confirm appointment details with prospects. โ€ข Maintain appointment calendars and scheduling accuracy. โ€ข Provide appointment notes and prospect information to assigned sales representatives. โ€ข Follow up with prospects regarding scheduled meetings. โ€ข Track appointment outcomes and next steps. CRM & Reporting Responsibilities โ€ข Maintain accurate and complete CRM records. โ€ข Document prospect conversations, activities, and follow-up requirements. โ€ข Submit daily activity reports and appointment tracking information. โ€ข Maintain updated lead status and pipeline information. โ€ข Follow Company reporting procedures and documentation standards.
