As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at New Era Psychological Center, you will be working with a varied client population that includes individuals struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues. • A current and valid license in the state of Texas as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, crucial for establishing rapport with clients and facilitating effective therapy.

• Experience in providing telehealth or remote therapy services is highly preferred, as this aligns with our operational model.
