Job description

We are looking for a results‑oriented, high‑energy, visionary and deeply collaborative Head of Marketing to drive market share, brand awareness and scale our commercial footprint.

Reporting directly to the President, you will lead a dedicated team to translate complex clinical technology into clear, differentiated market positioning.

Responsibilities
  • Disruptive Brand Messaging – Own, refine, and flow the overarching corporate narrative down to marketing teams, ensuring the market understands why we differ from traditional labs.
  • Value Proposition Clarity – Create unique, highly differentiated product positioning that makes it easy for clinicians to understand our special value proposition.
  • Campaign & Content Creation – Drive end‑to‑end development of downstream marketing assets, including sales materials, high‑impact social media content and digital programs.
  • High‑Velocity Cross‑Functional Enablement – Work closely with and provide direct support to Upstream Marketing/Product leaders, turning product roadmaps into launch realities.
  • Commercial Lockstep – Partner deeply with Sales, Learning & Development, and Commercial Operations to ensure field organization is fully equipped, trained and aligned.
  • Multidisciplinary Integration – Keep downstream messaging scientifically accurate and ahead of market trends.
  • Campaign Performance & Team Leadership – Execute targeted, agile marketing strategies that accelerate adoption of our diagnostic applications.
  • Team Empowerment – Lead, mentor and scale a high‑performing marketing organization, cultivating speed, accountability and execution excellence.

  • 8+ years leading marketing functions and 8+ years directly managing people.
  • Commercial marketing experience in oncology, advanced diagnostics or related segments.
  • Strong business acumen and proven ability to translate complex clinical data into commercial campaigns.
  • AI‑first mindset and familiarity with modern marketing tools and workflows.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset characterized by grit and collaborative listening skills.
Pay Range

$185,000–$320,000. The range applies if the role is performed from California and may vary for other locations (Colorado, Illinois, New York). Actual salary may vary based on qualifications and experience.
