Key Responsibilities

• Provide individualized therapy strategies based on thorough assessments and client evaluations, ensuring tailored care that meets specific needs.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to diverse populations, including individuals, couples, and families, enhancing the overall treatment experience.
• Implement a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused techniques to address various mental health issues.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including social workers and psychiatrists, to ensure comprehensive and holistic care for all clients.
• Maintain meticulous clinical records and documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring transparency and quality in mental health practices.
• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training programs, staying abreast of the latest research and advancements in the field of mental health.

Qualifications
