TalentFish is casting a line for a Senior Healthcare Project Manager. This is a full-time, remote role with our premier clinical healthcare client. This role requires experience working as an IT PM supporting, healthcare applications Data and AI, Cardiology, Radiology, Imaging, and Epic Community Connect. This role requires experience mentoring less experienced project managers and plays a key part in driving strategic enterprise initiatives as a Project Manager. This role requires experience working in complex hospital systems in leading areas such as Data and AI.
What You Bring to the Role (Ideal Experience)

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Healthcare, or a related field

  • 6+ years of hands-on project management experience

  • Strong working knowledge of formal project management methodologies

  • PMP and/or Lean Six Sigma certification (required within one year of hire, if not already obtained)

  • Demonstrated experience leveraging Lean process improvement methodologies

  • Advanced organizational, analytical, and communication skills

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Proficiency with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Access, Outlook) and project management software

  • Ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of an organization

  • Experience mentoring, coaching, or guiding junior project managers

Compensation Information
This role requires authorization to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship. The expected salary range for this position is $130,000 – $150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This role also qualifies for comprehensive benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.
