Job description

Radiology Associates of Florida (RAF) is seeking a fellowship-trained Nuclear Medicine Radiologist to join their growing practice in Sarasota, FL. This full-time position offers an exceptional opportunity to practice a high percentage of nuclear medicine within a collaborative, physician-led environment. The role includes a hybrid or remote option, a low volume of weekend coverage, and a partnership track, allowing for a balanced professional and coastal lifestyle.

Practice Info

  • Practice a high percentage of nuclear medicine, approximately 50-75% of studies
  • Remainder of case mix consists of general diagnostic imaging
  • Support a rapidly expanding healthcare system anchored by Sarasota Memorial Hospital, an 897-bed flagship facility
  • Work within a network that includes Sarasota Memorial Hospital - Venice and the upcoming Sarasota Memorial Hospital - North Port Campus
  • Collaborate with a seasoned group of subspecialists in a team-based practice environment
  • Radiology department provides both inpatient and outpatient imaging services, including MRI, CT, Fluoroscopy, X-rays, two nuclear medicine suites, stress testing, and a bi-plane interventional radiology suite

Compensation

  • Salary range for this position is $500,000-$1,000,000
  • Eligible for an annual discretionary bonus
  • Access to RAF's internal moonlighting program

Requirements

  • Fellowship-trained in Nuclear Medicine
  • Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy
  • Residency trained in the practice of Nuclear Medicine or Nuclear Radiology
  • Board eligible or certified by American Board of Radiology or the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology
  • Medical license or the ability to obtain a license in the state of FL
