TheSales Traineris responsible fordesigning and delivering high-impact sales training that improves seller productivity, accelerates time-to-revenue, and drives consistent execution of Zayo's salesmethodology.
This role is highly cross-functional and execution-oriented. You will work closely with Sales Leadership, Product, Product Marketing, and Sales Operations teams to ensure training is practical, relevant, and directly tied to funnel creation, deal progression, and revenue outcomes.
The successful candidate will be comfortable facilitating live training, coaching sellers, inspecting adoption, and continuously refining programs based on field feedback and performance data.
Location: This hybrid work position will consider applicants in the Denver, Colorado metro area or remote work in the continental United States.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Training & Facilitation
Design and deliverself-paced, instructor-led, virtual, and in-person sales training programs across Commercial sales segments
Build scalable, repeatable training programs aligned to Zayo's salesmethodology, Reference Architecture, and GTM priorities
Developtrainingassetsincluding facilitator guides, participant workbooks, talk tracks, job aids, and playbooks
Ensure training content reflects real seller workflows and integrates with Salesforce,Salesloft, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigatorand any other technology platforms
Measure impact through adoption, seller feedback, and performance indicators (e.g., pipeline creation, deal quality, ramp time)

Estimated base salary range: $68,100 - $94,200 USD/annually.

The base pay range shown is a guideline and reasonable estimate for this role. It takes into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions. Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted range based upon geographic location, work experience, skill level, certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Non- sales roles may be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive plan. Sales roles may be eligible to participate in a sales incentive plan.
