Practice Overview

Radiology Partners Crossroads is seeking a General Diagnostic Radiologist to join our remote overnight team supporting our Indianapolis practice.

This role offers a broad, non-subspecialty diagnostic mix within a high-acuity environment, delivering care for a Level I Trauma Center. Youll join a growing, stable team with a focus on efficiency, collaboration, and long-term career flexibility.


Schedule & Call Structure
  • Overnight-only position (core responsibility)
  • Fully remote reading environment
  • Flexible shift design to support work-life balance
  • No daytime or onsite requirements

Compensation & Benefits
  • Competitive Compensation: $525,000 $650,000 + discretionary bonus (FT)
  • Partnership track available for full-time physicians
