This role offers a remote working setting, providing flexibility and convenience while maintaining strong connections with your colleagues. As part of our team, you will benefit from a structured yet dynamic work environment with the capability of tailoring your schedule to better serve your clients, operating typically from Monday to Friday, between 9 AM and 5 PM. Our outpatient clinic model allows you to focus on direct therapeutic interventions, offering a healthy work-life balance.

In this role, your expertise will shape the therapeutic experiences of our clients. Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Facilitating individual, couples, and family therapy sessions in a remote format, allowing for broader accessibility for clients.
• Conducting thorough biopsychosocial assessments to understand client challenges and develop individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans.
• Implementing a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and systemic approaches, targeting issues like trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship dynamics.
• Maintaining precise and timely clinical documentation in alignment with state, agency, and ethical guidelines.
• Participating in weekly collaborative case consultations and interdisciplinary team meetings to enhance collective knowledge and client care.
• Engaging in continuous professional development through available training programs and workshops organized by the clinic.

You will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals of all ages, couples navigating relationship challenges, and families seeking to improve communication and dynamics. Your understanding of cultural competence is essential in addressing the unique backgrounds and experiences of each client, ensuring respectful and empathetic treatment.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A valid LMFT license to practice in the state of Nevada or eligibility to obtain licensure within 90 days.
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Strong proficiency in providing culturally competent care across diverse populations.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a solid foundational clinical judgment.

While not mandatory, candidates with the following will be preferred:

• At least two years of clinical experience working in an outpatient mental health setting.
• A track record of successfully employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities within therapeutic settings.
• Experience working within interdisciplinary teams to foster comprehensive client care.
