This position offers a remote work setting, allowing the therapist the flexibility to provide services from their home or another preferred location. Working with a diverse team of health professionals, you will engage in virtual therapy sessions, utilizing telehealth platforms that ensure confidentiality and accessibility for all clients. • Conduct individual and family therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to meet client needs.
• Facilitate group therapy programs that focus on healing and skill development for clients facing similar challenges.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including psychiatrists and social workers to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
• Educate clients and their families about the emotional and social factors that affect mental health, including conducting training and informational sessions for community groups.
• Evaluate and implement new therapeutic techniques and modalities to enhance client engagement and outcomes.
• Refer clients to appropriate community resources and social services to provide holistic support.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes according to regulatory guidelines.
• Participate in peer consultations and professional development workshops to continuously improve therapeutic skills and knowledge.

Our clients range from children to seniors, each facing unique emotional and relational challenges. You will have the opportunity to work with individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, and substance abuse issues. An emphasis on cultural competence will be vital as you engage with a diverse clientele representing various backgrounds and life experiences.

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health discipline from an accredited institution.
• Independently licensed as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple client cases efficiently.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for building rapport and trust with clients.
• A commitment to maintaining ethical boundaries and a professional demeanor at all times.

• Previous experience working in community health settings or with diverse populations preferred.
• Familiarity with telehealth technologies and electronic health record (EHR) systems is highly desirable.
• Experience in conducting group therapy or workshops is a plus.

The compensation for this full-time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist role is competitive, with a salary range of USD 120,000 – 130,000 per year.
