We're looking for a Generative AI & Machine Learning Engineer who thrives at the intersection of research and real-world impact. JOB KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Work closely with business analysts during the requirement definition stage to make sure the business requirements can be implemented in our platform.
  • Work day-to-day in a multi-functional team to build and extend machine learning libraries and frameworks to be used in scalable customer facing web applications.
  • Collaborate with software engineers, product managers, designers, and analysts.
  • Deliver testable, maintainable, and high-quality code.
  • Monitor, test, and continuously optimize our Machine Learning models.
  • Ensure that our user experience is the very best it can be.
  • Share knowledge, promote best practices, and collaborate with some of the best Machine Learning engineers in the company.
  • Collaborate with key internal stakeholders.
  • Employ impeccable analytical and problem-solving abilities to tackle complex challenges in the Machine Learning and AI domains.
  • Regularly update knowledge with the latest trends and developments in the machine learning industry.
  • Work effectively with minimal supervision and a proven ability to align data infrastructure with business goals.

Requirements

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE PARTY (MUST HAVES)
  • Minimum 2 years work experience 
  • Proven experience with Large Language Models, RAG, fine-tuning, embeddings, and vector databases.
  • Experience with open source LLMs and relevant hardware to host them
  • Proficiency with OpenAI API, LangChain ecosystem, and prompt engineering is essential.
  • Agent & Operator Development
  • Architect, build, and deploy autonomous AI agents capable of accessing web environments via function calls, GUI interactions, or multi-agent collaboration
  • Design workflows for agents to autonomously accomplish user-defined goals.
  • Orchestration & Workflow Management
  • Coordinate interactions across multiple AI agents, ensuring seamless handoffs and decision logic
  • Use frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, or similar to manage agent orchestration.
  • Skilled in API integration with various providers and enhancing customer experience.
  • Deep familiarity with data structures, data modeling, and software architecture.
  • Proficiency in Python and SQL. R is considered a plus as well.
  • Competency in data visualization using R, Python libraries, Tableau, PowerBI, or similar tools.
  • Proficiency in using version control tools such as Git.
  • Strong ability to understand business needs, data gathering, clear communication, and incorporating feedback.
  • Experience analyzing a feature in production using analytics and experiments.
  • Experience in applying machine learning models to solve real-world problems.
