Key Responsibilities

• Provide individualized counseling sessions via video chat, assisting clients in navigating their mental health challenges.
• Facilitate discussions that help clients explore their emotions and experiences, promoting self-awareness and understanding of their interpersonal relationships.
• Act as an advocate for your clients, guiding them in setting and achieving personal mental health goals.
• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients' mental health conditions, and create and implement tailored treatment plans utilizing a solution-focused approach derived from your clinical expertise.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse client population consisting solely of stable adults with low acuity needs. Each client is carefully screened prior to their engagement, ensuring that you will work with individuals who are ready to benefit from counseling without severe mental health conditions. We prioritize matching clients with counselors who have relevant specialties and demographic preferences, promoting a conducive therapeutic relationship.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate must possess a Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology. Additionally, you must have full licensure to practice independently without supervision, and meet the following criteria:

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
• Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

It is essential that candidates hold a valid license in good standing without disciplinary actions, and should explicitly mention their state of licensure in their application.

Preferred Experience
