Work Environment

As a remote workplace, Quantum Psych Recovery Clinic offers flexibility while maintaining strong communication and a sense of community among team members. Your typical workweek will run from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., allowing you to deliver consistent care to your clients while balancing your personal commitments. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mood disorders, focusing on the intensity, frequency, and duration of their symptoms.
  • Design and implement individualized treatment plans that align with clientsโ€™ unique needs, aspirations, and preferences, utilizing evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
  • Monitor client progress regularly and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans to optimize therapeutic outcomes.
  • Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies to promote engagement and empowerment in their recovery journey.
  • Collaborate frequently with psychiatrists and other medical professionals to ensure integrated care for clients.
  • Stay informed about the latest developments in mood disorder research to continuously enhance treatment strategies.
  • Maintain meticulous and confidential records in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.
  • Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development sessions to foster your skills and knowledge.
  • Advocate for clientsโ€™ mental health needs and contribute to destigmatizing mental health issues within the community.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with individuals and families facing relationship difficulties, divorce-related stress, and other mood disorders. Your expertise will be invaluable in promoting healthy communication and emotional resilience among your clients, equipping them with tools for effective conflict resolution and personal growth.

Qualifications
  • A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is mandatory.
  • Proven ability to cultivate a secure and trusting therapeutic relationship, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Empathy, compassion, and a nonjudgmental attitude towards clientsโ€™ experiences are essential to foster a healing environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills are necessary for managing therapy sessions and administrative responsibilities effectively.
Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position ranges from $120,000 to $140,000 annually, which is complemented by a sign-on bonus of $3,000 for qualified candidates.
