Our client is a young, high-growth cryptocurrency investment firm operating in DeFi, XRP and XLT quant trading, already generating $100B annualized AUM and expanding rapidly across the USA and globally. They're now hiring a hands-on HR leader to build the people infrastructure as the team scales from 12 to 40+ employees.
You'll oversee the entire HR value chain - from talent acquisition, onboarding, performance, engagement, compensation, and compliance, to culture and leadership development. You'll partner with executives and department heads to ensure every new hire and process aligns with a high-performance, innovation-driven culture.
