Job Title: Salesforce Developer

Location: Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality technical solutions.
  • Create and manage workflows, process builders, flows, validation rules, and custom objects.
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities in accordance with best practices.
  • Maintain documentation of technical processes and system configurations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.
  • Ensure compliance with Salesforce security guidelines and data governance policies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience as a Salesforce Developer.
  • Strong experience with Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Data Modeling, Security, Process Automation, and Deployment Tools (ANT, SFDX, Change Sets).
  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
  • Solid understanding of web technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) and modern development practices.
  • Experience with version control systems like Git.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
  • Federal Experience is a plus.
