• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health and substance use challenges, identifying co-occurring disorders through evidence-based practices.
• Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, utilizing advanced techniques such as Integrated Dual Diagnosis Treatment (IDDT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI).
• Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions aimed at empowering clients with coping strategies, emotional regulation skills, and relapse prevention techniques.
• Coordinate care with a diverse team, including psychiatrists, nurses, and addiction specialists, to promote holistic treatment and improve patient outcomes.
• Perform regular substance use monitoring, utilizing motivational interviewing techniques to facilitate meaningful conversations about recovery.
• Educate clients and their families on the complex relationship between mental health and substance use disorders, highlighting the significance of consistent treatment adherence.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of treatment plans, progress notes, and referrals, adhering to legal and ethical standards.
• Engage in team meetings, case conferences, and professional development opportunities to enhance skills in treating co-occurring disorders.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Georgia.
• Expertise in evidence-based treatment methodologies for co-occurring disorders.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.
• A passion for assisting individuals in a therapeutic environment and a commitment to continuous professional development.

• At least two years of clinical experience working with co-occurring disorders.
• Proficiency in implementing integrated treatment approaches.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems to enhance documentation and client management.
