Job Description

As a Senior Marketing Coordinator, you will act as an extension of technical teams, serving as an expert in persuasive writing and pursuit strategy for market and geographic service areas. We are organized and resourceful project managers who guide the pursuit process from inception to selection. You will lead strategy and perform routine marketing assignments according to established guidelines, using knowledge of the organization, processes, and procedures to develop solutions for non-standard situations. This role may include services related to proposals, interview strategy, client events, award submissions, client intelligence, and market research.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Implement plans and procedures to achieve the team's marketing objectives, positioning the firm to excel in winning and closing work.
  • Establish, communicate, and meet deadlines; lead project-specific marketing strategy meetings; provide solutions to the firm's day-to-day marketing needs.
  • Resolve complex matters through knowledge and experience, and mentor less experienced staff.
  • Conceptualize and create information for various marketing activities.
  • Apply best practices to enhance the effectiveness of projects, using market research methods to track trends and demands, and develop event concepts, promotions, and supervise activities.
  • Plan and execute the development of information and materials for marketing activities such as SOQs, proposals, and interview presentations, adhering to the firm's standards.
  • Perform internal QA/QC reviews to ensure a high level of quality and accuracy in all marketing information, analysis, and documentation.
  • Gather, maintain, and analyze client intelligence information.
  • Assist in identifying target markets and potential clients and strategize to build relationships with those clients.
  • Prepare and submit industry awards.

We have one current opening and will only consider candidates who are local to our Plano, TX, Overland Park, KS, Denver, CO or Phoenix, AZ office locations. This role offers a flexible hybrid schedule.
