Quality Assurance Agent

Job Summary

  • Monitor and Evaluate call center activities and complete scorecards to assess each item according to guidance provided and provide a constructive assessment.

  • Maintain and update databases, scorecards, reports and documents with high degree of accuract.

  • Identify accounts requiring escalations, escalating immediately if warranted.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal regulations, policies, and procedures as they apply to student financial aid.

  • Demonstrate and maintain appropriate judgement with confidential information

  • May perform other functions as requested by management within scope of level or occassional support of lower-level functions as business/volume needs require.

Qualifications

  • Accurate data entry skills

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • High integrity & professionalism with the ability in all situations to maintain a customer service demeanor.

  • Self managed and focused to maintain high levels of productivity in a work from home environment.

  • Ability to follow all rules, guidelines, policies and procedures in all situations.

  • Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
