HR Professional ? In-Office | Paris, TX
Secured Assist is growing, and we?re looking for an experienced HR Professional to join our team at our Paris, TX office!
This is an in-office, Monday?Friday position for an HR professional who is organized, professional, and comfortable handling confidential employee matters.
Qualifications
Prior HR experience required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential employee information professionally
Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Comfortable using Microsoft Teams and other standard office technology
Key Responsibilities
Manage and respond to employee communications and HR-related questions
Conduct employee meetings through Microsoft Teams regarding sensitive HR matters
Track, manage, and communicate with employees regarding approved and pending leaves of absence
Assist management with the federal clearance process as needed
Support management with various employee relations and HR functions
Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling employee matters
