  • Support RCM-related EHR configuration activities, including claim setup, payer requirements, billing workflows, and reporting needs, with direction from experienced team members.

  • Review and validate assigned configuration items to help ensure accuracy, quality, and readiness for customer use.

  • Respond to routine client inquiries and configuration questions, escalating more complex issues as appropriate.

  • Maintain project documentation and provide clear updates through agendas, meeting minutes, CRM updates, and project management tools.

  • Assist with payer testing activities prior to go-live and document required configuration adjustments for review.

  • Build positive working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders while developing consultative implementation skills.

Qualifications of the RCMS Configuration Associate

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately document customer requirements, configuration decisions, and follow-up items.

  • Effective customer service, facilitation, and written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong organization, time management, follow-through, and ability to manage assigned tasks across multiple implementation priorities.

  • Ability to collaborate with project managers, implementation specialists, credentialing teams, billing teams, and customer stakeholders in a remote environment.

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues, document findings, and escalate appropriately.
